Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want all our Bizaar Babes to love what you purchased! With that said, unfortunately all sales are final. However, there are times where slight omissions may have inadvertently occurred. While these immaterial discrepancies still do not warrant a return/refund, under certain circumstances we may offer store credit for certain items. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the descriptions and review all pictures prior to placing an order. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns regarding your items or orders.

What is your shipping policy?
​Although we strive to handle and process all orders the same day we receive them, all orders have a standard 3-5 day processing time. We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS Ground Saver shipping options. SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED USING THE SHIPMENT DESTINATION ADDRESS.

What ARE "Consignment" products?
​All items with the badge "Consignment" AND FOUND UNDER THE CONSIGNMENT CATEGORY are secondhand, possibly gently used items that were sold to us (by a third-party business or individual consigner), either in bulk or by piece to be sold.

What ARE "OPEN-BOX WHOLESALE" products?
​All items UNDER THE "OPEN-BOX WHOLESALE" CATEGORY ARE PRODUCTS SOLD TO AND VERIFIED BY US FROM VARIOUS SELLERS/BUSINESSES. THESE PRODUCTS ARE USUALLY LEFT OVERS FROM A BULK INVENTORY PURCHASE, OR GENERAL INVENTORY THAT NO LONGER SERVES THE SELLER/BUSINESS.
